I setup every thing but when I go Netflix and play movies no sound is coming please any suggestions how to bring sound back Thank you

what will you choose on the “what brand is your tv?” if there’s no choices of the brand that i’m using???

our tv is ACE and there’s no ACE option on the “what brand is your tv?” and the volume and input is not working

Google does not allow shutting off of wifi location scan, even when using Ethernet adapter, (which I highly recommend) even though they give you the "choice" (lol) to do so. The device will not work with that toggled off. Otherwise... fantastic streamer (and more!) , and a very well explained and through instructional video. Thanks!

You have extremely nice review but I couldn’t find what I’m looking for. Example, if I connect this to a projector, is it possible during casting, you can split the sound to output in a Bluetooth Home Theater instead of projector sound output? I have connectivity issue in my home. The home theater is in front and the projector at the back. Using 3.5mm jack wired will not give you Dolby Atmos Surround quality. My projector has only 3.5mm jack and AV options which both of them are not surround sound. My only hope this device can split the video and audito into its Bluetooth. Can anyone get anything other than stereo output on this thing? My setup is capable of handling the Dolby formats but my unit indicates I'm only receiving a stereo signal. If I watch a video from my play library on the chromecast I receive a stereo signal. If I cast that same video from my phone to the chromecast I get 5.1 surround, what's up with that?

Love the new Google Chromecast with Google TV, but did you come across with issues casting with screen mirroring? Every now and then it would lag or disconnect with my S10+. So not sure if the issue is with the phone or the Chromecast itself
