This is good advice for qualifying to join a guild that does what you want. Rather than joining a random guild that has no requirements and wont include you in hard content because your not good enough or they just do raids with randoms anyway.

How to make a CV to play a fucking video game

I love all the comments on this. People saying that it's over kill and taking the game way to seriously. But that's exactly the point. There are millions of people who play wow and if a guild wants to find someone who is actually going to try then an application explaining who you are is going to help them and individual players a lot. Sure this guide has perhaps more than you need but it covers all of your bases. All in all, if you're willing to put effort into joining a guild then they're going to put effort into keeping you in the guild.

I'm still pretty new to Wow and wanting to get better and improve my full understanding of the game and its community, but I'm not sure how without feeling overwhelmed. Just this video feels like I've missed years of information and it being only a small part of the game.

Errr is Teamspeak required for a guild?

I am betting that the harder you have to work to get into a guild, the harder you will have to work to be able to stay in that guild. So if you have to bust ass to get in, be prepared because the effort isn't a one shot thing. Personally, I only want a guild that won't require a bunch of crap from me so I would never join a guild that put me through a grueling process just to get in.

Guilds are only as good as their tabards. Doesn't matter if they're still stuck on 3/7 normal HM, long as the tabard goes well with my mog; that's what group finder is for.

What's a easy way to join a guild for early games?

Ahhh, I remember my first mmo guild-hunting experience. It was in FFXIV and all I did was constantly walk up behind people and check their profile to find out about the guild. The best part is, when I decided on a guild I followed the leader around for about 30 minutes without him noticing at all. My only other guild-hunting experience was in Warframe but all that involved was a quick peek in Recruitment chat.

Good advice and it gave me an idea for a new video. I suspect many guilds come and go but it would be cool to see a Top 10 Guilds in World of Warcraft. Ones who have been consistantly running over the years and it should help everyone both new and old find good quality guilds and avoid the pilfalls of jumping from guild to guild.

Sigh I wanna join a guild a lot. But my problem is, I can't use Teamspeak, Ventrilo, Skype, shit like that.
