By virtue of her experience and personality Paula is an ideal person to develop and deliver ED&I learning, policies and processes across any organisation. Leading the design and delivery of projects for RightTrack’s clients means that she is extensively involved in a wide range of initiatives and delivery projects. This ensures that she has the widest perspective on what is required in organisations today, the most effective delivery mechanisms, and the latest thinking.

She has an extensive background in Diversity and Inclusion and hands-on experience of planning to advance the inclusivity of private and public sector organisations. She knows how to develop organisational and learning strategies that develop leaders, managers and employees.
