Hello i love you video, could you help a new player, what should i meld in to my paladin, to get the best result. as a new player im bound to make rotations mistakes. hope to hear from you keep on making the good videos.

I am new to the game but I got my DRK and GNB to 90. I am just finishing getting my Rinascita gear. I am having a hard time finding information on what material to put in on that gear to at least get me started. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great. I have the standard Rinascita gear not with all the extra meld slots like in this video.

I dump crit on everything and once it doesn't let me it is direct hit, fek the rest of stats

I loved the video, but then I saw your gear on the lodestone as gunbreaker today, and you have no skill speed at all on your gunbreaker, any particular reason about that?

What router does your cousin use? Asking for a friend.

This is EXACTLY why I despise 14's balance and gear. (I'll say until the day I die, 11 is better :P )

It's fucking stupid that Crit is just the default God stat that doesn't even suffer diminishing returns while other stats do (most notably DH) and they always ALWAYS have to screw with the calculations with each new expansion and SS doesn't end up being really good until the X.5 cycle where we hit the final gearscore and stat caps.

It's the exact same shit EVERY. FUCKING. TIME. Fuck Savage man, not worth the aggravation lol (but more power to people who enjoy and just want the challenge, you do you I'm not judging or hating honest.)

I swear it's like they're afraid to buff the other substats so that they're all competitive and we have some actual build diversity, but they're so compelled to cater to casuals as much as possible even if it means sacrificing balance and job identity.

14's a brilliant game, and I wouldn't criticize if I didn't care (my real name is in the ARR credits) but man do I have some fundamental disagreements with Yoshida.

Like I really wish Skillspeed affected the rate of TP renegeratiom for example, or at least had a much stronger impact on auto-attack damage (which would be wonderful for MNK SAM and NIN)

As clunky as 2.0 was, I do kinda miss doing SS builds on WAR for maximum uptime on Inner Beast it really showcased how nutty WAR could be in the hands of a competent player.

This is my first patch caught up. First week normal raid i took all accesories. Then i would have 4 610 pcs. Paladin.

After I realized I was missing 4 materia slots and my SKS is garbage. Next patch should I approach gearing differently? Take the best 610 armor and then 620 accesories 615 weapon.

Does Paladin do good with a faster SkS? It’s the one tank I’ve yet to try and play at a faster SkS like 2.40-2.42.

I basically always use PLD at 2.45ish.

So I don't fully get the DH change is it literally just crit now? It was already basically crit but now even more so

bro, the reason why i dont like 2.4 build is because of the upheavel and IR drift, i HATE drifting abilities, and 2.5 never drifts anything

watching an x wow player trying to make ff into wow. quite the lols. p.s needs etro to sort gear mate its ff14 go play eso if u really think u understand stats xD. p.p.s savage and aug gear is legit jst for show u will all be scaled for 99% of content and/or have under par stats and melds. Basically anyone full over meld crafted or bis stat gear thats decent player can still out dps/heal or tank u in any content they can access....

Slower Speed = Higher DPS IS BS

Slower Speed = Higher (Per Hit) Damage isn't though (theoretically), because instead of melding skill Speed you'll meld stuff that...increases damage.

Per hit damage doesn't mean shit though.

The real optimal SkS is Monk in full Haste gear in Eureka.

I don't understand why you have Tenancy in your BiS (e.g. 2,41 GCD set, the gloves). I thought DH/CRT/DET is always better? I'm confused? Is Tenancy good now?

Can I get an higher chance then 40% for removing melds from gear? ^^ I usually stack crit and det (PLD) and did not care about skill speed since I have no Idea and play no savage. ^^

faster sks imo only matter if u can greed a gcd consistently, if u gonna die tryna greed a gcd because its off cd then idk 🤷🏻,

Skillspeed tldr; In a vacuum slower is better, but the real world is not in a vacuum

people need to realize that the few crit and DH melds you lose to get that extra skill speed is literally like, 2% maximum crit rate, you lose 2% crit rate from the melds to be able to gcd faster, i always thought that was a good trade

This is probably a dumb question: Is it possible to reach 2.42 with crafted gear, and is it also recommended?

GW2 gives you both your crit chance and bonus crit damage in the base character sheet.

I don't have a crit reliant build on my Revenant (maybe yet, I'm still relatively new to it's endgame build crafting); but I appreciate that it's there for me to know and take into consideration during combat.

Idk why I watch these videos, I don't raid or really do battle content in general. I just like Xeno lol.

I play pld and my comfortable gcd is usually around 2.41 to fit 2 goring into FoF, going with 2.42 this tier bc I have 2 penta melded sks rings already

Funny last expansion I was melding Skill Speed as priority then changed to Crit/Det for this expansion, even funnier now I'm on OCE I can probably utilitise Skill Speed now

The non-war race based BIS is so cursed.

The tome cost of the gear is inversely proportional to the increase in stats that you receive. Because of that I focus on accessories, then head/hands/feet, then body/legs, and tome weapon last if I don’t have the raid weapon yet.

Save some gil and buy the 620 tome ring this week and use one crafted ring.

I tested DH vs Det scaling on war. DH > Det, but you should check to see if you will benefit from one +12 det meld because of tiering.

My prog set is 2.45 and my bis is 2.5. I haven’t looked at anyone else’s sets. Seems like most of tanks don’t like sks this tier based on my simulations.
