ОтветитьI am not sure, but I think that keeping water bottle everytime, actually reduces the capability of surviving without water, like if our body is used , to drink water every 10 minutes then it might be that we will fell unfit if we dont drink water for like 30 to 40 minutes , so as per me I think our body should be hydrated but not that much? I am not sure about it so please correct if I am wrong 😊

ОтветитьThey're all great except making your bed ! Your bed needs to air out after you leave it. Heat and humidity builds up while you sleep, and if you make it right away, you're trapping that in. Bed bugs/bacteria and other not-so-great stuff thrive in that kind of environment. It's recommended to leave it "open" and undone for at least 30 mins, and letting your duvet air out completely outside every two months or so!

ОтветитьNow drinking water is the most important part of mine. My body got dehydrated and it badly affected my liver and led to allergic that my body is full of black scares now. and looking my body ..... I feels bad. I'm recovering from it. Pray for me :)
Ответитьshe lives in austria where conditions are obviously superior but her advices are honestly not bad at all. eating unprocessed whole foods part is very important because we normally eat a lot of junk food, sauces like ketchup and mayonnaise alongside each meal and drink soda. even just switching these with cut vegetables in oven, not eating white bread but rice and grains and just eating fruits and veggies as much as you can afford helps a lot. it is hard, making food will be a little bit harder in the beginning but it will make you feel more energetic and healthy. good luck to everyone who tries to have a healthy lifestyle!
ОтветитьJust a little reminder that making your bed after waking up is actually not recommended because bed bites looove the warmth under the blanket and after sweating over the night you would trap them under. You should let it breathe at least a hour before making it :)

ОтветитьYeah, but, like, not all processed food is "bad", um... flour is processed, rice is processed, frozen vegetables are processed... it's really just a buzzword in the diet/health community, that makes you feel bad about yourself for not buying all organic farmers market-food. You should focus more on the big picture and actually try and get a broad understanding of what different foods contain with regards to nutrients (on the level of: why is fiber good for my bowels, how do I get the most protein for my money etc.). Unrealistic expectations are a big emotional drainer, as we might feel like failures because we can't afford spirulina and nutritional yeast.

ОтветитьWhy make my bed when im just going to be in it after 8 hours of work its made just right. The area thst you live is nice , if i lived by a beach , i would be outside everyday. Im working to change that though. I eat well. I'm also rebuilding my life so i dont really have time to party.

ОтветитьActually it is bad to make up bed right after you wake up 😀 it is better to wait at least 10 minutes and to let fresh air into the room. Otherwise you are just making a great condition for bed mites to reproduce 😂
