Though I've previously discussed the true value of Souls for Thresh (linke above), there's still yet more to discuss about Thresh's Passive ability. While it's true you can just say "there's a 33% drop chance on small minions and monsters, 100% chance on large ones and champions" and be happy, there could be a bit more to it, potentially.
After some primary research, I report my findings, and advise how best to utilise this passive, for whatever your build may be, be it tryhard Support or wacky and off meta.
