I bought this car.. it looks nice n all, but as an EV, it sucks. range is more like 180 not 305. The "Self driving" is scary often throws you out of a lane and then it "disables" Hate this car honestly. Its left me stranded several times
ОтветитьNice looking Suv but like most Electric cars, its over priced.
ОтветитьTypical egg shaped sloped roof clone drone EV . All makes come out of wind tunnel tests with the same design conclusion to preserve battery life. Hence boot space sacrificed for the sake of aerodynamics
ОтветитьReminds me of the Toyota BZ, right?
ОтветитьMy thought process through the review: Good, nice, cool, nice, sweet..... Then you get to charging speed. Done. 130= deal breaker.
ОтветитьSuch an ugly ugly car. Meh. Thanks for the hard work
ОтветитьWho is here after seeing Pep Guardiola got charged for park on double yellow line with this car? Hahahaha
ОтветитьLooks a lot better than the Lyriq inside and out
ОтветитьI like the ariya because it has that extra space in the front for peoples knees and the floor from driver side connects to the passenger side. It adds space and comfort. I’m actually attracted to this
ОтветитьNissan is a shit company. They didn't want a frunk, something the industry and consumers like alot, and instead made an open area in the front, which runs the risk of stuff falling into the drivers footwell, a genuine safety issue. The capacitive buttons are ridiculous, and there is no way something that looks that high tech was cheaper to build and develop than just copying the control layout from an Altima or rogue, both of which have excellent interiors.
ОтветитьHard Pass on this one. Model Y is a much better option in this price range. Some will buy just not to buy a Tesla. Haters will hate. I didn't like Tesla when it first came out...but in 12 years they have done a good job making a great car.
ОтветитьNo network chargers, no adapters
ОтветитьThat's my car! Bought it on June 12th. I love the Copoer color!
ОтветитьIt's a lift back I don't think they make hatch backs anymore had a maxda 280z w hatch
Ответитьdon't forget it has no $7500 incentive
ОтветитьI don't mind the copper color, I just don't like the overall design of the car itself.
ОтветитьWhat's a "cherry blossom"? ☹☹
ОтветитьI've been looking at the Ariya quite a lot; I like the size, the looks and the colour (BLUE) compared to the Ioniq 5, which is the other vehicle I'm looking at.
However, as a caretaker of a blind person who has a guide dog, this empty separation between me and the dog (they are trained to go at the owner's feet in the vehicle) is a HUGE deal-breaker for me. Because I would be GENUINELY worried about the dog deciding to lay down and press on the power pedal. Not intentionally, but something along those lines.
The second thing that worries me is, as you stated, the "roadtrip" charging rate. I get why, since it saves battery life, but... I'm sure it's not that bad.
And those capacitive buttons are horrible for blind people. My mom can change her seat's and side's temperature herself in my current car. But in that one? NOT HAPPENING.
So it's not just a "feel" issue to me, but also a bare-usability issue. :\
So close, Nissan... SO CLOSE.
Saint Internet.
The best.
Like it literally feels like an aspirational spacecar port.
It doesn’t really show much imagination on Nissans part.
Kind of plain looking.
What Nissan should have done was put an engine under the hood and call it, I don’t know, the new long overdue Murano (which it really resembles), and go back to the drawing board and create a truly stunning electric crossover. They can do better….
That was excellent by design.
Spacious in size. Extraordinary space I visited a showroom and the car is amazing. Very big car
Interesting that you prefer the looks of the Ionic 5 to this. To many of us, the Ionic 5 looks boxy and square, whereas the Ariya has some actual swoop and style going on. Now, the Ionic 6 is a different story from the 5, although it might be a little TOO stylish for some! Oh, and unlike you, I like the copper color! 😁
Ответитьit looks futuristic which i like and the color does stand out in a good way. but the price of approx $60k is too high. i don't think it's priced to compete but that's me. i'm not rich.
ОтветитьI would take this over Hyundai any day of the week.
ОтветитьAt least it's better to have separated haptic buttons instead everything concentrated in a touch screen.
ОтветитьIt’s between Kia Niro EV and Subaru and Nissan
Ответитьhello marques, can you put what phone did you used when shooting autofocus videos
ОтветитьI honestly find it very nice looking inside, and the fact that the battery is active cooled, makes it more appealing as a car, not software, but when it comes to pricing, this is where I step on the brake pedal and lock the wheels 🤷♂🤷♂
ОтветитьTesla all the way!!!
ОтветитьI hate the double shark fin antennae. Not only does it look foolish, that will make it a little inconvenient to clean the snow off in winter.
ОтветитьNissan was one of the first car company to bring out and put a push to all electric vehicles with the leaf.
ОтветитьHey Marques, can you check out the bmw iX3? Or maybe the bmw i4?
ОтветитьNice Job thanks - Nissan put some damn knobs in the car and buy some batteries that you can charge - what a disappointment from a electric car company!
Ответитьthey removed the one barrier that kept crazy passengers from hijacking the pedals.
ОтветитьI wonder how these interiors are going to hold up over time. All of the little motorized doors and plastic bits look cool now but I feel like they'd be a nightmare to repair once they start failing. Your little sliding shelf will be hanging out halfway, the center console will be stuck in a position you don't quite like, etc. I guess they just want to ensure that the experience feels familiar - "See, this car has a bunch of cheap interior bits like your old ICE vehicle!"
Ответить❤
ОтветитьYou are totally nitpicking
ОтветитьHave you reviewed the id4?
ОтветитьAnother dope vid. I'm impressed by sunroofs and noting that EVERYONE has cool sunroof FEATURES like opening and closing and an auto Sun shade - except Tesla. It's definitely not a deal breaker but I'm about to buy a premium electric vehicle for commercial purposes. So far, it's MY and some close seconds: Lyric (loved your review), Volvo, Benz, and a quirky one - Toyota Rav 4 PHEV (top trim).
ОтветитьElectric crap🤮
ОтветитьI think one thing to point out that I don't hear enough... and it's important for these newer electric cars. It's that the software will likely... never... update. Or there might be one or two small iterations that you'd need to go to a dealership for. But still, this is the UI and features you will have for the remainder of the cars lifespan.
Ответитьupdate of Nissan Murano
ОтветитьAnyone else pause to read the slack message on the watch?
ОтветитьI was going to buy this for my wife but she told me no because she doesn't like Brie Larson. That's enough reason for me
ОтветитьThat gear shifter is in a terrible place. Seems like it would be in the way of your arm rest.
ОтветитьI thought ariya was a SUV.. disappointed its a hatchback
Ответить
