Ark Mod Version Mismatch Fix

Hello, I followed the tutorial and deleted the mods, but now they're refusing to reinstall and have been stuck on installing for hours now. Is there a way to fix this?

If i play a single player how can i know wich mode need to be update?

How do i even update them?
