ОтветитьThat’s an amazing formula! I already have all these habits down but if I was starting out - I might switch month 2 with month 3. Only because many people start working out with a bad diet and get discouraged after some time because they’re not seeing results or feeling better. If you switch your diet first, you’ll be more inclined to start working out and stay consistent because the results will be even more pronounced. Everyone has different preferences though, so do what works for you!

ОтветитьAdding on and building up is a great idea as prevents overwhelm and narrows your focus so you can achieve it.Too much at one go is not a good idea as your focus is scattered in too many directions. Great video. Thankyou!!
