Sailing to the Yasawa Islands from SavuSavu Split Rock | Ep 79

After spending 10 days in SavuSavu, we begin our trek west to the Yasawa Islands. On our way out, we stop at the Cousteu Resort to snorkel Split Rock before beginning our journey weaving through reefs. It took us 3 days to sail 149nm because we only wanted to move during daylight to avoid hitting one of the many reefs.

We are a surburban blended family that has raised our 3 older children and now want to travel the world. After planning and saving for the past 6 years we are now in a position to follow our dream of circumnavigating the world. Follow our journey as we Circumnavigate the Globe in 3-4 years on a budget of $4,800/mo (food, communication, fuel, insurance, transportation, mooring/marina & fun). We left the US in October 2023 and plan to visit 26 countries and 6 continents.
