Bleed and Crop Marks in Adobe Illustrator

Thank you, is there a way to increase the font size under the marks and bleed for the page information? I am printing on large formats and the font size is too small to read well when it prints out the page information. Thanks

So how many artboards do I need? I only have 2 templates I need to do. One portrait. One landscape for my graphics. So just one artboard for each template?

So is the crop mark the trim mark?
