I bought a set from my local Army Surplus store, they are very heavy duty made from welding cable.

Oh now I get it I connected the cabbles and tried to start it immideately. Starter motor was cranking fast but engine still didn't start

Can I jump start my car at the alternator Scotty if the battery is hidden in remote area under the hood?

Most people don’t have a battery laying by itself. Should have explained it using another persons car. Do you start the good car up at all?

friend has an acura suv....she had a problem with battery last month and recently she ran out of gas...


recently while driving the car just died. now i wonder if it was the fule filter like in this video..she took to acura, they said they could not start it up. wanted her to buy a NEW battery for 250 plus 150 to find the problem...crooks

What if I connected the battery for a jump (battery has sat for about a year) and I get interior lights and let it sit for a minute, then try to start but NOW the interior lights as well as dash no longer light and failed to turn over at all? Did I break something? My doors open light is REALLY dim now and wouldn't get brighter again after letting it charge longer.. (After first attempt to start)

If u carry it to a dealership,you need to carry a gallon of vasolin for your a**.

I have a 1992 ford f150 in line 6 engine will not start right up turn the key off and on 5 times to prime it mite start up. When it starts it will run but wen you turn it off it will not start right up

My 1983 Toyota pickup won't start.
The lights turn on , stereo turns on, wiper blades. I believe battery is good. I jump started it, it started and then I removed the negative cable from the battery and it turned off immediately. So I purchased an alternator, installed it and it still does same thing. Can you help me with this please??
