Seen GosT live supporting the Brut before the change to the new sound. I may love old GosT more but fuck 'em brother....never let anyone tell you your sound. As a Producer myself, its called freedom of expression, and if they don't like it, once again, fuck 'em. I LOVE this new shit....its incredible.

I love this track and I love the record Valediction. From the snippets i've heard from the new Gost material it sounds like an evolution of this style but even darker. Also Gost is using all manner of instrumentation on the new record.

I think this album is really cool but I just wish so many songs didn't have lyrics. What made songs like Sigil feel special was because of how little times they actually used singing. Good songs, though.

First track from this album I was like "Is this gost" it's so bloody black metal then the rest of the album is more inline and is amazing. Behemoth is still my favourite album but this is close.

I discovered this band because of the mayhem tour and i have to say that is awesome

I used to be crazy about gost's old stuff. but damn, I can't get into his new stuff at all. Complete 180 from what grabbed me initially.

'Valediction' is the best GosT album. And the most interesting music release of 2019 by far.

I can safely say that I enjoy everything GosT has done. But what I love the most is how the music has grown. There are a few people in the genre that have just kept the same sound throughout their careers and never moved on.

It might seem safer that way, but growing and evolving your art is the real mark of distinction.

Might be in the minority here but I found Behemoth and Non Paradisi to be less memorable than Possessor. Goddamn, that album really is amazing.

Yeah, I can't bang my head to what could be the music to a Justin Timberlake song.

Non Paradisi is one of my favorite albums of all time. That being said, I am really liking this new direction. Nailing the atmosphere.

Go back to the behemoth/possessor sound.

Nice! Reminds me of club mixes from late 80s

I'm not big into black metal but this is weak for me both from the metal and the synthwave sides. The "jumping around on the stage" part baffles me especially, as the music is mostly a slow power ballad. I prefer much more heavyness in my metal compared to this.

I have been following Gost for quite some time now, I'm really happy for him that he is finding success with his new direction but i still prefer his other stuff, Behemoth,Non Paradise,Possessor etc.

I'm digging it - I feel like GosT was finding his footing during some experimental ventures on the last album or two.....I think this is going to pan - the passion is there and he's hammered out a style that sounds really nice. I'm looking forward to hear what his next full release sounds like.
