I forgot to take tcs irc check in which they told that some key will be generated and I have to install alauncher ,will I be able to give tcs exam

Sir, I have given test for first irc check, and I got it another time but while during test due to some poor Internet my exam is closed and asked to launch again and I refused to give the test again. So is that second test will be replaced by first one (I. e. first irc system verification details can be replaced by second test) is am eligible for the actual test? and Iam not able to access my product, how can I access it?
