When I try to stream I drop down to like 100-150 fps and it is really choppy, feels more like a drop down to 50 fps from 150 nearly each second. There is nothing to do with the OBS settings and I can tell you that because I have the same prosessor, but I have a better screencard than my friend who get 250fps stable while streaming and we have the same stream settings. I have Intel Core i7 4770k + GTX 770...HELP PLEASE.

Intel: Changing the socket every 2 years for no reason whatsoever.

It's weird. My "turbo" mode get's 4.1 to 4.3 mhz at 1.128 - 1.225 power useage. Any thoughts? I'm positive I'm not overclocking. All I did was turn turbo mode on in ASUS Z87 Bios. My cores were automatically set at 43, 42, 41, 40. Is that relevant? Just bought 812 Evo cooler. The one with 4 copper cores. Going to start tinkering with it just for shits and giggles. Nothing crazy. Will still probably just play on turbo mode as I get acceptable performance.

Got that 4670k, For pure gamers and a little bit of editing it's all you need. Unless you was doing some heavy editing and other stuff a i7 would suffice. 4th gen i5's are quality though.

I'm pairing a 4670k with gtx 760 and it's one hell of a beast skyrim 120+ mods enb texture mods etc.. And battlefield 3 & 4 plays beautifully without a problem

Haswells known for increased heating, but increased performance on their processors. So getting a cheap good cooler like a Hyper 212 Evo would help increase the life on it.

is the in-box cooler good enough for overclocking or i should buy a better one?

I have to say that I see why Intel can brag about their components. I just upgraded from a Phenom II X6 1100T Black, to a i5-4670K @ 4GHz and I am seriously out of words. I was loyal to AMD for 5 years because of bank for buck, and the processor worked very well for me. When I got the Intel Processor, WOW, its its own beast and this is coming from someone who used AMD predominantly. I upgraded my board, have an H100i, 16GB of Ram, 500GB SSD, and 1TB HD, with Win 8.1 and looking forward to getting a GTX 780 in about 2 weeks. AMD was great for me, never going to bad mouth them, but Intel gave me exactly what I wanted once I could afford it!
