Devise Admin Ban Dashboard Speedrun | Ruby on Rails 7

Ended up doing the ban hammer speedrun afterall lol.
This is kind of a follow-up to last night's video that covered Devise Lockable. This time it's just a quick little admin dashboard that lets you ban some noobs though!
