ОтветитьHow do you have your Push Pull Arms Legs split programmed? Just the 4 days and then a rest day repeat? I really struggle with sticking to a program because I'm afraid I'm not maximizing the timeliness and effectiveness of my recovery. If I figured that out I'd be set for life.

It’s a good thing to consider in competition because taller guys May look bigger than you like when Arnold and Franco Columbo competed, Franco had massive muscle just like Arnold but he was only 5’5 with Arnold being 6’2- 6’3, Keep up the good work bro and build your body perfect to where it looks good with your height! Make sure you don’t skip any body part! Even train glutes lol, also practice your posing !! Keep doing the great work
