ОтветитьHi Parth, I would like to appreciate your work and also has a question about Image Recognition, is it mandatory that the target images should be part of the app itself or can we have set of images in the app memory and perform on-device image recognition with it (the images might change or download when we click on a button each time in the app) ? note: The use case is only Image recognition and not the AR feature
ОтветитьAwesome tutorial. I do run into an issue in the final step:
After I open the build in Xcode the 'Images.xcassets' folder shows the 'AR Rezources.arresourcegroup' folder with 3 subfolders:
iPhone.arreferenceimage
unitylogoreferenceimage.arreferenceimage
unitywhiteonblack.arreferenceimage
But there are no images in these folders. I walked through the tutorial twice, resulting in the same issue. Any idea what could cause this?

As far as you know is there a way to track the image? I've read that arkit isn't designed for this but I've made some experiments

Awesome tutorial! Is there a way to set the image dimensions in Unity without having to adjust everything in xCode? This would save a lot of time when exporting the app for debugging and testing. Anyway, thanks for your tutorials, these help me tremendously during my graduation year!

What could I have done wrong?
I have a folder for the AR resources in xcode in images.xcassets but it's saying there are no AR items in the folder. Could you help me figure out why please? Edit: you need to name the AR Reference Images. Dammit!

Do you recommend putting everything in one scene? The Home Page Canvas, the AR Session?
Do you recommend putting the Image Target AR and the Hit Surface AR in one scene?
To put in two (2) different scenes, do you have to do anything from one scene to another to make sure the AR camera works if it was never implemented in the first scene?

Can you do similar to Vuforia and add an image plane and scale the model to the exact size? So when the image is detected it appears the place you want it to be?
