How long and how often are you supposed to listen to Rife frequencies?

I fell asleep with a playlist on…woke up after about 20 mins or so feeling my lumbar vertebrae untwist and realign. I can feel this working in various spots of my body at the same time—hands, realigned jaw, facial mole, throat, the whole of my spine (energy up through my skull), hips, pelvis, spinal vertebrae, knees, elbow, intestines, right ovary, feet, shoulder (I couldn’t move my shoulder without pain before bed and now that’s gone). This is one of the most effective frequencies I’ve found…maybe because our body is integrated and so we need a broader approach than just one part or piece…I had quite a bit of pain at first as my vertebrae realigned and untwisted. I used breath work (breathing into those painful areas, imagining the breath could release that area) and whatever body movements came to mind. Healing can be very intense and scary for me…so I looked for resistant (tight) spaces where I was bracing myself to release. I also used EFT tapping points (without words) just to help release whatever has been pent up in my system. After 2 hours, the pain in my lower back has eased tremendously (30+ year back pain). Thank you so much for this.
