I am having lower back pain due to the Spondylolithesis L4/L5 since 2020. Messages, physiotherapy until now but last week my back cramp when I get up in the bathroom. Cold induced spasms pain has started up to the right knee and feet.

I live with chronic pain 24/7 caused by crps, my sleep pattern does not exist. I will give this ago for a month, I get back too you on it . 🤞

Hi, listening to the frequency. I hurt my lower back while at work in an awkward movement. Despite the pain, I've continued to work above and beyond. Now my lower back is screaming out loud in pain and hard to accomplish simple tasks. Time to ask for help team lift. I'm listening to the frequency now and praying 🙏🏻 it's my day off.

Been in chronic pain for about 2 and a half years💗 God bless anyone dealing with pain issues. My mom has spondilyctis, 3 discs slid in her back, just found out she has a neck fusion, already has metal in her back and will have to get her 3rd or 4th back surgery. She has taught me how to be strong during this awful situation both with mine and hers. ❤
