Keep punching my fat brothers
I can barely lift my legs. I box but just started kickboxing and Muay Thai. I literally have no flexibility in my legs and hips. I fear I'll never be able to use my legs properly in a fight. I can barely lift them even straight and hold it there. Plus a balance issue lol. Has anyone else experienced this and actually improved and is able to high kick properly?
