Install PyCharm IDE on Windows 10 + Creating and Running Your First Python Project

What's the purpose of changing the location of Python when installing it? Just to make the path shorter, that''s all?

when i downloaded it .... i coldn't do anything ... it asks for licence... idk what does it mean or what am i supposed to do .... plz could anyone help me ???????????????????????????????????????

Thank you so much for this instructional video! It was very helpful! It also addressed an issue I have been having and had no luck in fixing. I had a problem running python --version from the PowerShell and command prompt, it kept stating that Python was not found. But when you explained how to change the installation path to c:\Python and create a folder in the c: directory that solved my problem! Believe it or not I have tried quite a few things, but no one explained this like you! Thanks again!

I was having an issue for so long where my python SDK was invalid in Pycharm because I wasn't installing it in the correct location. It stopped my learning for days And today I finally created python file. Thankyou!!

I found this video useful. Formerly I did not understand the full set of pycharm, though I had it installed on my PC, I dont use it. I think now I can put it to optimal use.

So, PyCharm does NOT include Python? You have to install Python first?

Whenever I try to install IDE, I could see 2-3 videos but this video is the best I only see this 1 time and installed IDE Thank you 😊

Why each time I launch PyCharm I have to fix the problem with Windows Defender? And how can I prevent PyCharm from opening a project when I launch it?

the IDE cannot create the directory.
Possible reason : parent directory is read only or the user lacks neccessary permission

if you have modified the 'idea.system.path' property , please make sure it is correct , otherwise, please re install the IDE
