At the 2019 Rocky Mountain Audio Fest, held September 5-8, at the Gaylord Rockies Hotel & Resort in Aurora, Colorado, AudioQuest partnered with several world-class brands to make beautiful music.

During the festivities, we worked (and played) with outstanding dealers, including ListenUp, The Audio Alternative, and Upscale Audio, as well as wonderful friends like Vandersteen Audio, Bowers & Wilkins, Sound United (Boston Acoustics, Classé, Definitive Technology, Denon, Marantz, Polk), Simaudio, Revel, and Focal—to name a few.

AudioQuest’s Founder and Chief Designer, William E. Low, opened the floor to casual, wide-ranging discussions on all things AudioQuest.

AudioQuest’s Senior Director of Engineering, Garth Powell, offered a detailed discussion and demonstration of the award-winning Niagara, NRG, Wind, and Storm Series AC power products. With a strong focus on the intrinsic challenges today’s environment has brought to our AC power, Garth illuminated the ways in which noise can infiltrate an audio/video system, what you can do to defeat it, and how to maximize current delivery and performance to any power amplifier.

Isaac Markowitz, AudioQuest’s Ambassador for Aspirational Audio, demonstrated our latest Mythical Creature and Folk Hero speaker cables, featuring AudioQuest’s unprecedented ZERO (No Characteristic Impedance) and patented GND (Ground-Noise Dissipation) Technologies.

And, of course, AudioQuest contributed low-noise cabling and clean, uncompressed power to several audio systems throughout the show.

The video was shot and edited by Jana Dagdagan. She selected music by Dew of Light (license ID DL-0ur-yainc3x2bh). Typeface is Gotham Light.

Special thanks to Marjorie Baumart, Marcie Miller, and everyone who continue to make RMAF such a special show; Phil Murray, Steven Weiner, and the entire amazing team at ListenUp; Kevin Deal, Gautam Raja, and the gang at Upscale Audio; Rick Duplisea of The Audio Alternative; Richard Vandersteen and Brad O'Toole of Vandersteen Audio; and, of course, videographer Jana Dagdagan, who worked happily and tirelessly, following us up and down stairways, down seemingly endless corridors, squeezing into crowded rooms and sneaking behind enormous loudspeakers to capture just the right light and shade.

Thanks, also, to Isaac Markowitz, who opened his home and treated us to Denver's best Szechuan.

And, of course, thank you for watching and listening. If you attended RMAF 2019, we hope you had as much fun as we did. If you couldn't make it, we hope to see you at the next one.
