My Vsync has no option for adaptive half refresh rate. what should I pick instead?

this is really helpful now i enjoy rox wihtout lagging even in high settings.. one thing i have a problem is when my laptop is in sleep mode. ldplayer stop working overnight so my afk grinding stop . but in bluestack it plays overnight. how can i fix that?
