Thank you...your voice is very soothing. What would work better for me personally...allow more space in-between the spoken guidance. It would give more time to go deeper into each facet of the areas of focus.

you need to separate the explanation and the actual meditation. explain first, without the music, then start the music and guided meditation. mixing them ruins the experience.

I tried truffles and Vipassana+Tapasya for 6 months and I got enlightenment and I am now out of birth and death cycle and have become spiritual being, last week in Amsterdam. Everyone will find this knowledge in their journey soon.

I love your voice. Please make a follow up video for us beginners that's a little more slow paced. It would be the perfect video for many people like myself. I have tried many meditations in the last 5-6 months but this one is really special, I keep choosing it often because it is the only one that makes me feel good from the beginning until after the meditation is over. The female voice is very relaxing and speaks to the heart. The theme of space and the different forms it takes is wonderful and manages to completely 'stick' to my body and mind.

I am so happy to find a sooth nice and SHORT meditation that is inspired by Joe Dispenza. I love Dispenzas medtitations but theyre too long, i find it difficult to stay focused for so long, so I need this one that is perfect in length, until I manage to remain relaxed for a little longer meditations. Thank you. And - the woice - soo wonderful and sooth, gives a feeling of safeness.

This was so comfortable to listen to, as opposed to Dispenza's sound effects, which just sound too weird for me to be able to relax..

I love this meditation so much - I come back to it time and time again, Thank you for this gift. It's so powerful to sit with the love of your own heart.
