ОтветитьIt's that my body can't keep this up for 20 minutes otherwise I would have done it. At 10 minutes I had to give up, but I will keep going until I reach 20 minutes.

ОтветитьI am 54 and down 31 lbs. Eating well and walking on the treadmill. This is just what I needed to switch things up a little. Love your enthusiasm!

ОтветитьI’m 76 and really hate walking by myself. This seems like something I could do but I wish I had floor and not carpet cuz you really need more space. Is it ok to do if you have high blood pressure or should you start with maybe just 5/10 min of this??!

ОтветитьHi I love this playlist of the walking workouts, but I have one question. I am from the Netherlands, so my smartwatch works with kilometers. 1 mile is 1.6 km. But when I finished the workout it says I only walked for one and a half km. If I do the workout twice on a day, I only walked 2.34 km. Are you sure this workout is 2 miles? I mean I might miss a few steps, but I miss about a whole mile when I do this workout twice hahaha. Which is weird. I don't understand. Any ideas?
ОтветитьI see comments here from people with the most horrible diseases that are grateful for this workout. I must be really weak, because I tried and absolutely hated it. It was way too hard and I have never cursed more at a video in my life.
