Link Vs Group Vs Nest in Premiere Pro | EP 39

Hi James. Since we can "group" 2 or more clips together, then why would someone use "link" at all? Why not always use "group"?

For some reason the nest one is buggy with motion position/scale. I found out the hard way after having made multiple cuts in my footage, that was painful
