I’m Taking NMN - What’s the Hype with this “Longevity” Supplement?

It’s very hard to explain specific results with NMN. It’s something that IMO should be taken for a good length of time. Unfortunately I’m also making sure to not make claims because it’s a supplement that could be misconstrued. So in short, my personal, anecdotal experience has been a much clearer feeling, I seem to be sleeping harder (more efficient perhaps), I definitely am more alert first thing in the morning, very little ramp up period in the morning. I’ll keep everyone posted as time goes on. But this has been a very heavily requested topic. So please understand the goal is to educate and share my experience WHY I am taking it.

At no point did he say his experience, just took us on a story to sell a product.

Life isn’t a cartoon. Some things can’t be comprehended by all people. If you want life to be a cartoon where every principle can be digested in 5 minutes or less, you’re going to have a very difficult time in the coming years and beyond.

I’ve been getting off meds and even felt tired just walking. It’s been HELL. I just started taking NMN+ and I actually had energy to walk my dogs today and feel like I can run a mile! I’m not sure how long this will last but I’m taking advantage of it. I got a months worth and will keep taking it. Even if it only works today just having the energy is a godsend. And want to be clear it’s not a jittery kinda energy like coffee or any drug. It’s a very calm energy where I can sleep if I really wanted to or go out and not be dragging. It’s very nice to feel energetic again.

This Verso is such a shitty product. 60caps with 250mg NMN and Resveratrol in each. When you want to take 1000mg per day like Sinclair does this product lasts only 15 days. So this means 120$ per month. Very premium stuff. Better look for something that's sold in powder in bigger amounts.
