Dockcase Smart USB-C Hub 10-in-1 Explorer Edition

Mine just arrived, ethernet doesn't work. The LAN icon does lit up, but nothing happens in my Macbook Air M1.

Can dockcase connect a microphone for recording to a solid-state drive? I want to use dockcase's USB-C to connect a lavalier microphone and record both video and audio together, but I'm not sure if it's feasible.
