Has a formal risk assessment ever been conducted on Tiktok? No! Cybersecurity has been my profession for over 20 years. TikTok has performed those due care actions prudently to minimize the risk. I am more concerned about Facebook and Twitter as they more than likely has ties to China like all big tech. In my professional opinion the benefits of using Tiktok more than likely outweigh the risks

As a person that works for Digital company and previously worked for sector up Bytedance; they are partially owed by The CCP. Certain data is an allowed to be collected but they found loop wholes. It’s not the same at all.
