489 Skilled Regional Provisional visa to 887 Permanent visa

If a couple is on 489 then 8539 condition apply for both or only primary? And can they do hybrid or remote jobs ? And can they live in any regional area other thn the state that sponsored them ??

Can you please explain what would be the difference in the benefits of 887 vs 190 PR visa? I am on 489 visa and Working as RN , have completed the regional conditions. However, considering the wait time for 887 visa grant , I was wondering if 190 would be a better idea? Please provide me with your valuable suggestions. Thanks
