ОтветитьI lived in Williams Hall, west in room 58 on the ground floor 🥺 it’s only been two years but this video made me EMOTIONAL!!! Like I didn’t think I’d miss it. Y’all’s room was so cute
ОтветитьI'll be in Williams Hall this upcoming semester and really appreciated this video!
ОтветитьOh my goodness! I hate to say what year I lived in Williams Hall, but I LOVED IT! It never seemed “tiny”, or like a trial or a burden to be in that absolutely gorgeous old building. (Of course we didn’t try to jam a full sized refrigerator and wardrobe pantry in there either! I doubt they were allowed.) Considering that we had regular bunk beds and two desks (no loft beds with cozy private areas beneath), the room was perhaps more crowded in those days than it might be today….minus the fridge, of course.
And….we had curfews, quiet hours, no men allowed on the floors. . . . And an absolutely fierce housemother!
You guys REALLY would have had fits!
I stayed on the 4th floor of Williams in may 2019 and it was not fun 😂
ОтветитьI came across this recently. I lived in Williams Hall in 1973. It looks remarkably similar. We did not have a communal kitchen then. We had hot plates in our rooms and washed dishes in the bathroom! I loved the big common rooms for reading. My last night there I spent the whole night having a heartfelt talk with a girl who I unfortunately never saw again. Somehow, she, and that night's conversation has lingered in my memory. Nothing beyond talking happened but I wish it had.
Ответитьim sorry but if somebody touches my clothes, it's gonna be a problem💀.
Ответитьi used to live in Owen west
ОтветитьThank you for the tour. My son will be going there soon. Much appreciated.
