I think it’s so amazing how dedicated to her fans Taylor is! She doesn’t stop the show as to not waste anyones time, and she sings and in the breaks of the song defends a fan while singing! I actually love Taylor so much! She has had to preform in the pouring rain and so much more. I love how dedicated Taylor is for being able to sing and protect her fans while doing it! And her backup singers are awesome! You can tell they’ve got her covered!

She does this in virtually every concert. Its just part of the show. The security knows it. Its nothing personal. I have been to many concerts, (not hers) followed many bands from city to city and i notice with some of them its less of a concert and more of a show. They say and do the exact same thing night after night, only changing up the name of the city they are presently in.

She very easily could have ignored that or decided it wasn't a good idea to interrupt her performance. But what she did was admirable, she stood up for ONE fan when she easily could have ignored it. Respect.

A lot to praise here. A fan who bought a ticket, merch, and probably a slew of Taylor's songs is being hassled by a security guard who is being paid by the venue for a few nights of work. Taylor truly loves her fans, but just from a dollars and cents POV, the fan has about 1000% more value to her than the guard.

This is the moment millions of people started liking Taylor even more, she has a heart of Gold!

I was at the Speak Now tour and she was going down the aisles to greet fans during a transition. She was about to pass me and I was going to touch her shoulder (which is what every single person was doing) and the security guard smacked my arm. We got it on video, it was super aggressive

The security gaurd has no way of knowing how you want certain ppl treated. It is their job to keep ppl from getting too close to you. They cant handle every persone differently. Cant have it both ways.

It's amazing how people have lowered their own standards that they don't even care that shes lip syncing from a recording that anyone can do. No wonder why new music sounds awful because the people listening to it are so dumb they don't even care if these fake mainstream sellouts are talented or not.

Anyone who has worked in the Security Field knows this line all too well - " You're damned if you do, and you're damned if you don't". In all fairness , the guy was probably doing his job, but, then, the big bad King or Queen kicks in and all of the rules just suddenly went out the window. Taylor looks like the hero while the guy actually doing his job looks like the villain, when in fact, if he didn't do it, he would of been fired. Ok, fine, maybe you don't need security there, right?
