My dad had the women he was around and that was it. He was married count em three times and the dude had multiple children. Around the start of summer break, I started thinking of self improvement, I’ve followed over 1500 pron/henti accounts and did the self pleasuring once everyday, I felt like shit even if I had worked out that day, so around the beginning of August I tamed the dragon one last time and started no fap, today is the 28th since august 1st and I’ve noticed towards the beginning of the month I’ve been making it too much of a big deal of how I managed a week or two without it, now I feel kinda cringe for making a big deal, but I’ve also been working on other things and have been talking to this one girl and continue to work on myself through the days.

Bro your mental health thing is so true....I had the most awkward first date with a girl because I feel insecure in myself, I wasn't confident and funny with her unlike through text.

Simple, just believe you have a 7-inch member even if it's only 4.5 inches and a 160 IQ even if it's only 85 and have the attitude of "I just drank the kool-aid and you can too!" Works for most men with just about everything.

Honestly I've found that completely blocking out the thought that you want to bang them and actually pretending you don't want to, or that it would never happen, gets you at least a pleasant conversation often times. Use that but don't get stuck in the friendzone. Back when I was a virgin I was actually less of a cockroach and wanted to save it for some really special. So this made me not want to seriously go out with most girls and this made it a lot easier to get them interested, combined with being skinnier and more hair. Also was much happier and less worried when younger. Try and channel the mindset and attitude you had when you were 20 if you can remember as well as I what that was like. I like to see Denmo doing well because what he says is legit. You will likely never get the blonde 10/10 and neither will I but you likely can get someone you are attracted to and get along with.
