ОтветитьYou're right! If you're diligent you will see improvements. I remember when I was doing this workout a year ago, and when the third set with weights came up, I was dying. I couldn't wait to quit. Today, it's a different story. I could do a couple more sets beyond the three. Thank you for making these workouts so enjoyable that it makes me want to work out.
