These big All - Inclusive are killing the Cancun area. I've been 5 times starting in 1985 when it was Quiet and Beautiful and the last time was 2005 when the All Inclusive's were coming in. Now You can't get a regular room and make your own choices for food and drink. I'm going to other places ............

Wyndham Alltra I was just there at the beginning of the year. And its not a new resort. The room furnishings are no where near to be considered new. So this information is misleading. Maybe Luxscape gets paid by these resorts!!

Review of Royal Uno Hotel: I purchased a certificate for a 4-night stay at Royal Uno Hotel about a year ago, with the intention of using it for a vacation. However, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel is no longer managed by Royal Resort but has been taken over by Hilton. It is common practice for reservations to be transferred to the new owner during a change of ownership. In an effort to salvage my plans, I contacted Hilton and reached out both via phone and email, hoping they would honor my certificate. Unfortunately, I faced a roadblock as Hilton refused to accept the certificate, leaving me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. To make matters worse, the former owners of Royal Resort, the Royal Uno's previous management company, have been unhelpful in resolving the situation. They have refused to refund the money for the certificate and instead offered alternative accommodations in their other older hotels, which were only available during the lowest season. Despite my relentless efforts spanning three weeks, I have yet to see any positive results or resolution to my situation. This lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to compensate for the inconvenience has left me dissatisfied and feeling taken advantage of. I highly discourage potential guests from purchasing certificates or making reservations at Royal Uno Hotel due to the poor handling of this transition by both Hilton and the former management company. It is disheartening to have to deal with such an ordeal after looking forward to a vacation.

Hilton cancun was TERRIBLE. NASTY raw food, dirty amenities and lack of service. Don't let the looks fool you. We went June 2023 and had to leave early because it was bad.
