you need to counterforce your maxilla in order to realign chakras as opposed to induce "forward" facial development. ideally you would like to revert your skull to a better position ie. pre-pubertal starting point before seated posture caused maxilla to protrude. please take into consideration chakra alignment while you try to restructure your skull as it is both more important and more conducive to optimal growth to have your biochemistry optimised. this is done through straight spinal posture facilitating cerebrospinal fluid to be carried to your brain, nourishing key glands involved in hormone production. doing this with poor posture will restrict both blood and CSF to your brain therefore causing you to be unable to make significant changes due to low HGH, testosterone, DHT, serotonin and DMT. please consider your chakras.

I haven't aggressively or systematically tried this for an extended period of time, but I am finding it... not easy... to believe that I can change the structure of my jaw bones by strengthening the muscles in my face. Having really strong biceps doesn't change the shape of the bones in your arms (I think. maybe I'm wrong).

Interestingly I have been chewing gum like this for quite a while (obviously in addition with general, mainly teeth involved chewing as well), though what my best practice was for tongue exercise is definitely pleasing my girlfriends down there... XD Because persistent is key, you gotta have big muscles to deal with that task. XD
