La rutina tiene 5 minutos de calentamiento y de enfriamiento y 9 series de 3 minutos que constan de tabatas de 4 ejercicios de 20 segundos cada uno. Quemé 400 calorías, excelente rutina, me encantó, me cansé y me divertí mucho , gracias🙏💕

1. i would definitely recommend hydrating/ having your energy drinks at least 30 min before this and doing some stretches.
2. hype yourself up and smile when you get to the hard parts (helps me get through it at least) the 2nd round was the hardest for me and the last one was the easiest. cheer for yourself out loud and be proud of your motivation
3.don't be afraid to pause for an extra second to catch your breath. this was the first workout video i did this year and i keep coming back to it.
4. don't over exert yourself. it can do more harm than good.
5. do what feels healthy for your body and have fun doing it :)

i just loved loved LOVED this workout ! it wasn’t really that hard for me because i’m used to hardcore workout, but this one was really fun, made me sweat a lot, and made me feel so good ! i will do it again, 100% sure :D

I finished it yesterday (first time doing it) and the next day my legs hurt so bad i cant even squat 😟 BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT! i feel a bit stronger and right now im doing upper body workouts since my legs are in pain but after my muscles rest i will continue doing this 💕

1st time IMPERFECTLY completing this work out, it was so intense I had to slow down each exercise but I somehow manage to complete, Imma come back to this after a week and see my improvements :D

Complete it in the first attempt i thought it was gonna be really hard but it was actually very easy for me probably because I kickbox so work out alot , it was supper duper fun though

I tried this when I was 160 lbs. literally crying during the first round cause I can’t complete any of the 45 seconds. No lunge,no burpee, not even the high kneels. Now I’m 135 lbs, tried this again. It’s still difficult but I did it. I did it. All the movement, tried the best to did each of them perfectly with the right pace. I’m so proud. 🥹🥹🥹

I love doing exercises but every time there’s a burbee or bear crawl involved I will lie on the ground for a good minute mentally preparing myself 😭

I’m going to start tomorrow I’m at 179 pounds and am trying to lose some weight but know that muscle weighs more than fat so I need to keep that in mind I go to the gym for about 1 1/2 hours and do everything so I have some muscle but I’m working on my diet and am not able to go to the gym when I I start school so I’ll try this

To begners who want to start doing intermedet workouts this is for you. I only lasted 30 mins in but I sweat the same as I did a 45 min run. It was hard and I had to maje a few extra breaks but I did all the excises. It was amazing and hard but to hard that I had to quit 10 mins

[50 MIN INTENSE HIIT WORKOUT 후기]

1. 약 10분간의 5세트로 이루어져있음
2. 한동작 끝나면 15초의 쉬는시간, 한 세트가 끝나면 40초 는시간이 있음
=> 유튜브 프리미엄으로 사용하지 않는것을 추천함.
광고시간이 한세트가 끝나고있고, 광고를 건뛰하지 않으면 약 1분 ~ 2분 도의 쉬는시간일듯
3. 운동동작이 어려운것이 많음
=> 운동을 배워본적이없거나 오랫동안 안해서 동작을 까먹은사람은 하면 안됨
ex) 스쿼트, 런지, 브릿지, 마운틴클라이머 등의 동작이 나오는데, 이를 어떻게 하는지 모르는 상태에서 하면 자세가 정확하지 않음으로 다치거나 엉터리 운동이 될 수 있음.
4. 운동속도가 너무 빠름
=> 운동 설명을 숙지한 뒤 영상을 보지 않고 최대한 정확한 동작으로 본인의 속도에 맞춰서 하는것을 추천
5. 팔운동의 비중은 적고 주로 하체와 복근 운동이 대다수임
6. 무릎을 빡세게 쓰는 동작이 몇개 있어서 두꺼운 매트를 추천함 (나는 집에 홈트용 10만원짜리고급 매트가 있어서 그거로함)
7. 5세트는 그나마 덜 빡셈 (감사합니다...)
8. 쉬는시간 15초 사이에 다음동작을 설명하는데 그설명이 너무 빠르기 때문에 그때 집중을 매우 잘해야하고 잘 숙지해야 다음동작을 꽤나 정확하게 할 수 있음.
9. 화면속 선생님도 힘들어하심 (중간에 옷갈아입고나오고 편집되어있으며, 실시간으로 이어서 하시는게 아님)

결과 : 379KCAL 소모 (아래 실제 운동 참고)

유튜브 프리미엄 x, 광고 모두 시청함
3 -> 4 넘어갈때 자체적으로 2분정도 더 쉬었음
푸쉬업은 실력문제로 깨작깨작함
버피류는 버피만함 => 원래는 버피에 어떤 동작이추가되어있는데 시간문제로 버피만 함
2세트 마지막 동작 2번하고 생략함
너무 난이도가 어려운 동작은 시간상 단순하게 변경함
속도를 화면속 선생님 보다는 느리게함 (같은속도로 불가능함)
