GMAT Tips: Making A Study Schedule

I have a silly question, but in the Magoosh study plans, when they say "In the Official Guide, do the following*:
❒ 16 Problem Solving" do they mean I should do 16 problem solving questions, or do they mean I should do question 16 of the problem solving section?
