Here in my country traditional life style was simple & education was nonexistent.

My great grandparents knew that looking after land is important. So anything that was unfamiliar to them was always considered a threat in many situations but more importantly the natural habitat.

My great grandparents never attended school but knew many things by heart like land.

Because the land provided everything, food, shelter, & water.

When Europeans discovered Papua New Guinea, Australia settled here and introduced civilisation but never used violence to force us the traditional people to modernise PNG.

Australia came with a calm approach & granted independence to PNG.

Unlike many other countries, we had a peaceful colonialism.

Today, Australia is helping in many ways & the country is slowly moving towards better modernisation & urbanisation.

Unlike what the movie is portraying, we were never forced out by Australia.
