Me again. I've researched the DTR web site, which is excellent. Regrettably however, at July 2023, the owner Chuck is NOT trading merchandise to the EU or UK. I've just written to him to register my disappointment given the excellent quality and precision of the equipment he manufactures and sells. I'll see if he replies and if so, with what.

I've watched this video 3rd. My comments after watching the first I saw are not repeated here. You describe the kit well. I've not bought it yet. The different parts are obvious having been to the DTR website although I don't quite understand the link metal bits you clip together but that's okay, I will view it all again. Great video and thanks a lot.

I put some myfix tape on the glans. To prevent chafing.

I wish I can find an assistant who can help me figure out all these different techniques in person. Do you know of anyone who can offer such support?

I have this exact device to try to restore. I couldn’t use it long though because I kept getting horrible “rope burn”. Is that just normal?

I've been restoring with the DTR for about 5 months now, and I've been wondering for awhile... do you want to clamp as much foreskin as you can fit in the gripper, or just the "top" 1/4" or so? The website should be more clear. Thanks for advice!

For those looking for the keychain clasp he's using, it's a quick release detachable keychain.

Another tip is to wear suspenders for tugging. Get the ones with swivel loops. You can wear it under your shirt with the X section on your chest and attach the loops to the DTR for easy adjustment without limiting movement. And if it ever catches body hair you can wear an undershirt.

I just got my kit (notched) and it came with both short and long rod, the tug pin, the clamping screws as you show, and extra posts for the bands.

I just got a DTR. Absolutely like everything about it. I had a tlc x for 3-4 yrs. the DTR has a better tug strap , feels more comfy and the best part is the cone tugs at the top of foreskin. Tlc tugs much lower with a bigger cone so I feel the DTR pulls more foreskin upward rather than shaft skin.
The pin holds so good. Tlc screw gets stuck or doesn’t work. The DTR locks in place and moves. The tlc cone pinches and hurts. The DTR is much easier on skin. You can add gauze but not necessary.
Here’s the advantage on tlc ...
the tlc air x allows air with a push rod. .. the DTR offers no push rod on air. Without push rod you don’t get a full stretch. It has issues holding air but if your sitting down doing over shoulder tug strap it holds. I wish DTR had a push rod air tugger.
The tlc retainer cone is better than condom catheter. I find the cone is more comfy.
My 2 cents. DTR all day. If you wanna do air get tlc X air just only if you do over shoulder tug while sitting. Thanks.

The best method is manual tugging 30 minutes 2x per day u want slow results fast results will relapse and wont be permanent

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the DTR... I tried two 6 month periods, however, it was too problematic for a variety of reasons.

DTR works great for many guys, however, not for all. LOTS of trial and error depending your tightness & activity levels.

DTR should never be used though unless you've done enough manual to get skin under the bell.

Overdoing restoration (all day) as a beginner is not wise & can cause injury quite easily.

Be sure to do thorough research regarding restoration. Not all methods work for all guys.

I've been using this for 5 year's. It is the best one out there.
But, it does make you sore. I've tried all tensions, still makes you sore. Dual tension I think, is a waste if time. I use it as s push rod. Exactly the same as dual tension.
Rub some coconut oil around the base of the plate. It helps Push the DTR.

I purchased different rod sizes. I use the tension screws too. The rubber bands worked too but had to use a larger rod for more tension.

I’ve been restoring for about 4-5 months continually. Moisturizer aloe gel seems to be helping also.

I've always tugged with it around my waist for bathroom convenience and speed, constant tension unlike leg strapping, tension adjustment ease, as well as it's 100% hidden under your shirt, this also keeps it from falling out of your pants because it's always clipped to you and will stay at your waist if it pops off on you. Using a key ring in the holes works great with the DTR clip. Regular suspenders are perfect for around the waist or wherever you want to tug from, $2.00 at Goodwill.
