i for one don't think this game needed more buildup or lore or any other lame criticism im seeing. what i think this game needed was to remove the dumb "THIS IS YOUR FAULT YOU SICKO!!!" scene with knuckles cause i just Do Not Care......... too bad its gone lmaoooo

i like the overall concept of this game, y'know? i feel like it had a lot of potential.. i guess my main issue is it throws too much at the player at once. like the jumpscares, for example. it's too head on. i feel as if it wasn't as extreme then it would be a great game, but it's just kind of trying too hard.. i hate to criticize it TOO harshly, because it is a good game. it's just a lot. i'm sure this wasn't the creators intention, i'm sure they can make something better. i just wish it was a bit longer so you could get immersed, or get used to the atmosphere. i feel as though this is a GREAT example for games that had a lot of potential, but the execution was just poorly thought out. i'm excited for future projects from this dev!

this game has a lot of potential. the art is AMAZING (i love the crystal lake zone) and the editing is epic compared to the og sonic.exe (take the score, time and rings for example). however, i think they could've built more tension up to the jumpscares instead of jumping to death and blood. also, i think they could've added more lore - horror games are always better with lore, because the characters need a motive for what they're doing, and it gives us, the viewer, context behind it.
