you know, I think this Class of Ship was meant for the ultra modern electro-Magnetic Cannon. why else have all that stealth and anti ship rolling capability.

If the zumwalt destroyers are so good why do we only have 3? Because they priced themselves out of existence. Like the main guns on them the ammunition was ro expensive. So they took thosecguns off of the ships. Something has to be done about that.

Stealth works great in the air because it's a 3-dimensional medium. Submarines also, but not surface ships.
Making a ship into a stealth beast helps somewhat as far as percentages, but it hardly makes the boat unsinkable or impossible to hit. Just shoot some torpedoes in that general direction, and maybe one of them will hit.

Saw one of these today, impressive ship, looks more like a STAR destroyer class ship

This is clearly a battle cruiser not a destroyer and having a gun that shot 60 miles and 10 per minute give our side the superior surface ship without using hypersonic missile witch can be use for more strategic targets inland after spending 4 billion its not time to tighten up over $800,000 this is 2022

I know the USS zumwalt is a destroyer but wouldn't it be technically a cruiser because of how big it is I don't know if that would classify it as a cruiser because of what it does but still it's a big ship you think they would consider a cruiser

The "stealth" stuff no longer matters. With tech it can automatically zoom the icon to make the 15' shipping vessel signature look how it should or way bigger. With the advancements of tech today, all those extra capabilities that were spent to prevent go away from 1 Easy hypersonic missile strike. Sure, people want to flaunt and bluff their "advancements" but ultimately they won't do shit war were really to take place. The ships need to be made dispensable as War results in wipe outs that Will happen. The more dispensable, what is left over is your force. The people with more force power left over wins the war and decides what the opposing citizens must do. Spending $30B on each ship over time is not money well spent. We can say the same about aircraft carriers getting wiped out in 1 strike but the brainwashing into keeping people thinking the country got it when they don't has to remain in order for business and trade to remain active and maintained. We all sleep and wake up expecting for it to be how it was yesterday if positive only to realize today isn't as shown on the news many times with people in accidents, acts of God, killings, etc. We still shouldn't rule out the moon leaving orbit or crashing into Earth as well as the sun exploding or disappearing as we don't truly know how they work because "we didn't make them". We have to "make up" stories as to why it wouldn't and go with it.
