What happened to the V12s? I saw the video and when I search it, it’s not there.

I think Dyson submarine is trash and too expensive. I have it and I will keep using it but it is not worth it. As a vacuum, it is great but as a wet mop hydrovac, it sucks. First, it will take you forever, you have to vacuum first and what is the point in moping already clean floors. I had shark hydrovac in the past and i liked it more but it stoped working after 2 months ( clean water tank empty error - very common). If it didn't have that issue i would have probably kept shark hydrovac cordless. Dyson submarine does not have an auto button, so you have to hold the start button the whole time, so for older people or younger children it might be hard to use. Also, it is very streaky, doesn't pick up hair or any debris whatsoever. The worst thing is that after using Dyson submarine, I use shark steamer, and the pads still come out dirty so dyson submarine doesn't mop very well. I wish i can post the pisture of my shark steamer pads after moping with dyson.....not so clean. But....I have a little baby that is crawling everywhere so I will keep it because my return time expired (only one month so not buying things from Dyson anymore neither) . Honestly, I would have dyson as a vacuum but something else as a hydrovac.

What I want to know is can I add let's say pine sol to the water tank...? So my home smells fresh...?

I got mine a couple days ago am here to see how to use it, because it was missing the user's manual. I've been a Dyson owner since the company started. I can't wait to try this out!

But this is just wiping water around? Not really cleaning / sanitizing? The point of mopping is to clean. I bought mine and it arrived today. I’m disappointed this can’t replace my mop. That was my whole reason for buying.

This sucks - sorry but I purchased the $900 dyson less than a year ago and now if I want the Submarine attachment I would have to purchase an entire vacuum again. Honestly this is just an attachment. The water in not being brought up anywhere near the handheld device.
I have the new V15 and this should absolutely be something we ( your customers ) should be able to purchase had a separate attachment. Very disappointing

Very offensive to your loyal customers to just change the name and you won’t even update software for the regular v15 & sell the attachment separately.

This should be compatible with v15 regular model. So disappointed that we spend a ton of $ on the v15 just few months back to have a wet head released now and it is not compatible with the model and you do not even provide upgrades.

Is it possible to add some liquid detergents with the water to clean the surfaces?

How can you sanitize? For example, with Lysol.

Can anyone figure out why they wouldn't have her launched this with a Gen 5 vacuum? Did they just have so much stock of the v15 that they need to figure out how to sell them ?

Still confused on this whole thing. Dyson says it shuts the motor off but battery on. So why not just keep the motor on for old units (the submarine shaft is closed) since the motor is not really used?

It would have less costly if you would have just made to the attachment to fit previous models. Save your software BS excuse.

Got mine today and I am blown away! This is my first Dyson and I wish I got it sooner since I own 2 Akita dogs and have been using all kind of vaccum cleaners, robots etc but nothing comes close even remotely to this. Thank you Dyson!

I purchased a V15 purchased on 10th March . Its switch is malfunctioning . Your support is not able to repair or replace it. What's the point of selling a good product if you cannot service your customers. It is better to get other cheaper ones than buy your product I feel

I bought My first ever dyson last year. A v15 detect. I saw the New model through facebook. And I was frustrated that you could not use the New head with last year's model. Even though they are so similar. I worded My frustrations through comments. And All I got was that they deleted it. It was my first and last ever dyson. Very dissapointet in dyson. 👎👎

You could have charged for a mopping software update and made even more revenue with mop head sales. So much clever hardware engineering and firmware management left out of the design requirements. Bluetooth via dyson app would have nailed it. You could check battery health and help diagnose faults. I don't get it in 2023.

Wet roller maintenance? Don't you need to wash it after wiping stain?

looks like an unfinished version of a great product. not sure about the quality of the washing procedure, and how the brush should be cleaned.

I just bought your v12 vacuum in India 3 weeks ago, now you launch this dry and west accessory which is very useful to me, but you are asking customers to buy a new machine which is a total rip off. Very disappointed Dyson . Just fyi the price difference between v12 and the v15s submarine is marginal. Atleast please consider an exchange offer in India

Can we mop the entire floor by spreading clean water everywhere (I know the tank water capacity is just 180 ml) or we can just wipe out a particular stain? Also let us know how much time the machine will work on normal mode in one charging?

As I've only just recently bought the V15 Absolute and paid top $ for the best machine available, this new bit of equipment will be totally useless. Not happy !!!

Will you release a Submarine head for the “normal” V15? I’m really disappointed that you’ve re-released the V15 under a new name just to make people buy a new machine. We should be able to update our V15 to the new firmware and use the attachment.
