Reach you should incorporate multiple builds into one, such as base 1 combined with the underground hatch tunnels in every direction then a thick wall or moat to path them to the tunnels.

This will have multiple defensive points to fall back to and look amazing. Keep it up you two

Cool video, I've watched Quill's videos as well and he is planning to develop this base over time into a late game base as well. I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out. I think the issue with the zombie movement is because there are two of you and you would both need to move as far as possible to one side to get the zombies to follow you around. It seemed to work for one person.

pretty cool, but not my style. i like to funnel them, make bottleneck. so i need to defend only 1 side. possible shoot on theyr back. but for day 7 it defenatly works. god job, great video :)

Nice to see someone else builds similar to me, upgraded and with a couple of electric fence rings to slow down the incoming zombies, also a solid floor is a must and this kinda base does pretty well against later stage hordes

Hey Mr. Reach and Mrs. Reach. I haven't tested the hatch trick in Alpha 19 but it gets more of a reaction, moving the zombies, if you have a 2-3 cube deep hole under the hatches. So, cube kill base, trench inside the base along the walls, covered by hatches. Keep Smiling.
