When people ask for your card, 99% of the time they feel obligated and they’re being polite. It’s a nice way to say… ok bye now. Instead of giving them a card, always just tell them that your card is digital and that you’ll text it to them, what’s your number? They’ll give it to you pretty much every time. Doesn’t mean they’re interested, but you can still follow up one day if you’re really inclined or feel like there’s something there.

Kevin i hope one day you'll read this, but I'm just starting in real state, and with some few of your videos I've watched you just save me years of time and frustation, because your lesson nor only applies for real state but also for the life itself, i just realized that i couldn't never be in the top 1% and even not in the 10% of real state agents because is not my purpose in life but i can be in the 1% of successful Traders.
