Starship: A Cross Shell Prompt For Astronauts

Starship is a minimalist cross shell prompt written in Rust, I recently decided to replace my powerline shell prompt with this and it is such an improvement, for one thing it's not written in Python so it's notably faster but it also takes about considerably less screen real estate whilst providing pretty much the same information.
