HELLO CHRISTIAN! What is the best way to Capture Video from my Sony PWE-EX1R XCAM? Camera IDEE Firwire output to PC via IDEE Firewire? USB out of Camera to USB into PC? I tried using a micro SD into an SD adapter into an SXS adapter! It recorded fine but when I plug the SD Card in into the computer it seems that Sony put each shot and it's own folder so if I had 100 shots I would have to click on 100 folders to load my video into Premiere the video looks great but I need to learn how Batch Capture all in one take! Any advice would be greatly appreciated?

You loose a ton with faking "black bars" grab an anamorphic lens instead, and then desqueeze to keep your footage and still get the true cinematic look.
