6 Months with DJI Action 2 - Ignore Negative Hype

does the action 2 beat the action 3 w/ battery life when action 2 is connected to the battery module?

i’ve got one and love it. so innovative. yup, overheats but i knew before buying it. modular snap together system is genius. i use it to video flying rc model aircraft. i mount it on magnetic head band. it’s wide angle so my planes look small but i crop in video editor. excellent quality footage and v easy to use. i’ll never go back to gopro.

I wish the battery life would've a lot better overall it's a winner

I was just about to buy a Go 3, but remembered this and immediately bought the Action 2.

This device comes with zoom??

Does the battery module has also micro SD slot ?? Or only the display module?

I have the dji Action 2 for fpv and I honestly really love the camera but there are 3 things I don’t like about it which is 1 the back screen is easy to crack if you crash 2 the overheating which I could care less about and 3 the battery is not swappable because I travel a lot and sometimes I forget to charge my power/screen module

Would be great if you upload a video made with the action 2, not just testing videos, more like comercial o personal videos to see what it is capable of

I love this camera The battery is amazing and last me all day with the occasional charge I can record and entire of footage on hd and 50 mins on 4K with one charge

Only thing is when I begin to walk with the camera on rock steady or horizon it begins to flicker in the background

With your dramatic results with the SmallRig cage fixing GoPro 10 overheating, have you tried similar cages with the Action 2?

It would be nice if DJI continued selling the original Osmo Action as well as the Action 2 or even better an updated version of the Osmo Action. Go Pro suck and have bigger overheating issues than DJi.

I just got an action 2, it's excellent for some behind the scenes, the medallion mounting is so convenient... in professional shoots these cameras are used as toys for 3rd or 4th angles, and having the integrated battery is way better than having spare batteries cluttering the camera bags

Its basically a replacement of hero session

How would this camera hold heat wise if you would use it for longer time at 1080p ? Would it overheat?
