Citrix Element not found error issue solved

In this video, I tried to troubleshoot a problem that users experience while connecting to Citrix environment, it throws error like 'element not found' and this network does not exist. Provided 3 different solutions that can help to solve the issue.

Solution 1:
Go to Windows settings, in the search bar type choose default apps by file type and choose that option, open it.

On “default app for each type of file” scroll to the bottom of the page and look for .ica NOTE: If there are multiple "Citrix Workspace” listed (select the one which has icon associated) as shown below

Once the above settings are applied, virtual app and desktop launch will succeed.
